Aisha Hinds, an American actress best famous for her role in the television series The Shield and True Blood. Since her debut in 2003 she has demonstrated her acting versatility by making outstanding appearances on TV programs like 9-1-1 Detroit 1--8-7 and Under the Dome. The first time she was noticed was for her role as Anna in 2005's film Assault on Precinct 13. But it was her portrayal of Fannie Lou (a women's activist for rights) within the biography All the Way film that made her famous as an actor. Hind received praise for portraying Harriet Tubman, in WGN America's historical drama Underground. She currently stars on the procedural drama series 9-1-1 in the leading role of firefighter/paramedic Henrietta Hen Wilson. 20th Century Fox Television renewed the series for a new season. Hind just wrapped shooting on the Hollywood film Godzilla: King of the Monsters and will be released in the middle of 2019. The dad Krishnaraj was a Army scientist who passed away on March 18 2017 and her mother Vrinda is a housewife. Aditya is her brother, and is a merchant naval engineer. Her brother co-wrote and wrote Dil Ka Rishta, along with his mother. Bachchan attended Arya Vidya Mandir High School located in Mumbai where her family had moved to. Jai Hind College in Mumbai was where she completed her secondary schooling for one year. She then enrolled in D.G. Ruparel College Matunga, where she scored 90 percent for her H.S.C. exams. She took classical music classes and dance for five years during her teenage years. Her passion was for studying zoology. Bachchan was a student of architecture when she won the title Miss World 1994. This was her first step to the forefront of modeling. The year 2003 was the time she was offered attractive jobs at PepsiCo Inc. as well as Vogue magazine. She also signed a contract as an L'Oreal Paris spokesmodel. The actress's career was off to a good start by being lauded for her roles on Iruvar (1997) and Aur Pyaar Ho Gaya (1997). Bachchan made her the spokesman of New Bollywood with these films that shook Bollywood's fundamental structure. Her heartbreaking portrayal of Paro she was the lover who was cheating on in Devdas (2002) the film that was one of the best-known Bollywood movies of the time and first shown at the Cannes Film Festival cemented her as the queen of Bollywood. It was widely praised for her performance in Chokher Bal (2003) the dramatic drama based upon RabindranathTagore's book. She was the first Indian to join juries of the Cannes Film Festival. Bachchan played on screen in Gurinder Chadha's Bride and Prejudice a musical and dance adaptation from Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice. That's when Bachchan brought her star power and a beautiful face to her first major film in English. In 2006, Bachchan made her return to Bollywood with the hit production Dhoom: 2 before releasing Provoked: The True Story in English. In April 2007, she got married Abhishek Bachchan a frequent co-star as well as the son of Bollywood legendary Amitabh Bachchan in a marriage which brought together two of India's most prominent personalities.
